Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend, or on a holiday go out the next business day. Every item on this site is stocked in our own warehouse, so an order is not waiting on a third party before it is picked.

• You get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with tracking when the carrier scans it.
• Transit time is separate from dispatch time. The delivery estimate at checkout covers both.
• Orders cannot be edited once they have been picked. Reach us quickly and we will try to catch it.

Every shipment containing tobacco goes out with adult signature required. The carrier will not leave it at the door, with a neighbor, or in a parcel locker, and whoever signs has to show ID proving they are 21 or older.

Federal law requires us to confirm you are 21 or older before shipping tobacco, so we verify your ID electronically at checkout.

• Ship somewhere a person will be during the day — a workplace address is usually easier than a home address.
• The signer does not have to be the person who placed the order, only someone 21 or older at that address.
• Most carriers reattempt delivery, then hold the package at a local facility for pickup. If it comes back to us unclaimed, we refund the order less the return freight.

We cannot send tobacco to every address in the country. Rather than list rules that change, we check your address at checkout: if we are not able to ship to it, you are told before you pay, not after.

• We do not ship tobacco internationally, and we cannot deliver to a PO box because the shipment needs a signature.
• Accessories with no tobacco in them — humidors, cutters, lighters — are not held to the same restrictions, though lighters ship by ground only.

Below the free-shipping threshold, ground shipping is charged at the carrier rate for your address and order weight. Expedited services are offered where the carrier serves your address.

• The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts, and before tax.
• A large order may arrive in more than one box. You are only charged shipping once.

Tracking is emailed when the carrier picks the order up, and is also on the order in your account. If it has been more than one business day past the cutoff and you have no tracking, tell us and we will find it.
