How to reach it
Opens the concierge panel. You can also reach it from the button in the bottom corner of any page.
What it can do
- Help you choose
- Tell it what you are after and it asks a few short questions — how long you have been smoking, the strength you want, the flavour direction, the size, and your budget — then comes back with a handful of options and one line on why each is there.
- Answer questions about products
- It searches this storefront’s own catalog and only talks about what that search returns: names, brands, prices, descriptions, and the strength, wrapper, country, and size categories. If nothing matches, it says so and asks you to broaden the search rather than inventing something.
- Check on an order
- Ask where your order is and it will ask for your order number and the email you used at checkout — it needs both — then look up the current status.
One thing worth knowing
The concierge is an AI assistant, not a person. It is good at narrowing a catalog down and reading back an order status, and it will occasionally get something wrong — the product page is always the last word on price and availability.
